شمسطــار – Chmestar

شمسطار والتي تعتبر عاصمة الاتحـاد بل هي نقطة المركز بالنسبة لعشرات القرى التي  تنتشر على السفح الشرقي للسلسة لبنان الغربية  كونهـا تحوي العديد من الدوائر الرسمية خاصة دائرة النفوس ودائرة الامن العام والشؤون الاجتماعية ومدارس مهنية واكاديمية رسمية وخاصة كما ان مركز الاتحاد كائن فيها بقرار رسمي وبلدة شمسطار تجمع بين المدينة والقرية مهي تشكل سوقـاً للقرى المجاورة حيث فيهـا عشـرات المؤسسـات والمحـال التجـارية المختلفة الاختصـاصـات والمراكز الرسمية وفيهتا مســابح ومنتزهــات كمـا كل القرى في الاتحــاد الا ان ما هو موجود في شمسطــار هو من الجمــال بحيث لا يمكن الا ان يقصده الزائرون للتمتع بجمــال الطبيعة  و ابداع الانســان.

Chmestar town is considered the capital of the The  Union but more it is considerede the centre for many towns which spreadon the on the eastern versant of western Lebanese chain as it contains many official administrations as the Department of civil status, Department of public Security, social affairs, official and private schools and vocational schools.  As well as it is the union Centre is build in it under an official decision. Chmestar town joins between the town and the city , it forms a market for the neighborhood villages, where we can found many stores and commercial institutions which work in different managements , and also we can see the swimming pools and parks as well as all the Union’s town. But in Chmestar there is the beauty of nature and humancreativity where only the visitor   can enjoy it.
