تمنين الفوقا- Tamnin Fawka

تمنين الفوقا تقع في وادٍ تحوطه الجبال من كل الجهـات تنتـشر فيهـا الغيـاض والاشجــار المختلفـة وتتدفق من جبالهـا المياه العذبة ويزيد من اهمية البلدة التي تمتاز بالزراعة وخــاصة الكرز والمشمش والعنب وجود اثار رومــانية فيهـا يطلق عليهـا اسم جب الحبش وهو معبد رومــاني في داخله بئر تتدفق مياهه لتشـكل نهرا صغيرا يخترق بلدتي تمنين الفوقا و تمنين التحتا  ويصب في  نهر الليطاني.

Temnin Fawka is placed in a valley surrounded by mountain from all sides where spread thickets and different kinds of trees, and the fresh water streams from its mountains. The presence of the Roman momuments which so-called JEB EL HABACH, a Roman temple where you can see in it a well where its water streams to from a small river runs through the two towns Temnin Fawka and Temnin El Tehta and pours in Litany’s river increase the importance of the town which is characterized by agriculture especially the cherries, the apricots and the vine
